Canal des Contrebandiers (Smugglers' Canal) is set in an early 1900s French canal. The narrowboat, Palette D'Artisan Co. is being used to smuggle alcohol from France onto transport to the United States. Narrowboats were commonly used in the canals in Europe and the UK throughout the Industrial Revolution, through two world wars, and eventually phasing out around the 1970s. Though still in use today, they are only used for canal pleasure cruises and historical events.

This scene was created in Unreal Engine 5, and everything was modeled in Maya and Blender. Textures were made using Zbrush, Adobe Substance Painter, and Adobe Substance Designer
